And water lines and reassembled the left door.Put it back on the unit. Put on the gaskets and the center divider. "Unit getting d80 and d90 error codes, Cust not using dryer sheets. Previous work has been done on exact same model of replaced unit that had a large wad of lint in base of unit. Did diags with Techline, found o restrictions or error codes coming back once external venting was removed from unit, took unit apart and found very little buildup inside unit. Disclosed bends in venting could cause major troubles but Cust has very few bends currently. Unit ran with no error codes, unit check ok"

Opened back and drained refrigerant.Unbraized the compressor and filter drier.Placed new compressor/fd in and brazed them in place Pressure checked with nitrogen.Pulled vacuum to 400mic and charged the unit with 1.58oz r600.Replaced the start components and restored power to unit.Watched the unit start and watched pressure stabilize.Watched the unit drop to 30? Checked the package.Customer signed disclaimer.Removed control and unhooked the door panel from the unit Unhooked the security ring from outside gasket and removed door panel . Removed the inside ring and removed the gasket.Placed the new gasket and reinstalled the rings.Reassembled the unit and restored the power.
