Pulled unit out and unplugged it removed the oven door and screws for the glass top. Removed glass top and the front left burner. Installed the new burner and reassembled the unit. "Customer signed disclaimer. Verified MN SN POP.Customer states that unit vibrates excessively. Customer reloaded problematic load, which appears to be greatly outside the capacity of this unit. Tech removed approximately 1/3 of load and performed test cycle, confirming customer concern of noise during spin start. Technician confirmed that unit is level and feet are properly adjusted, no corner rock/movement. After initiation of spin cycle, all noise was corrected by shimming the front of unit. Small tile ~1.5 floor beneath unit is flexing and allowing vibration/noise. As with last visit, technician recommends reinforcing/supporting unit with solid surface (concrete board) to eliminate the excessive flexing of floor surface currently present to correct vibration or noise during spin (esp. start)."
