Heater is heating 7.9 amps good. Customer needs to be aware that rinse agent aids in helping with the dry cycle. She indicated that she doesnt use it due to the chemicals. Also plastics wont dry dont hold the heat cool off quicker.glass,ceramic porcelin etc hold the heat much better. any thing that has a divit in the top of it will not completely dry. Called techline, since no error code is associated with this w can only assume that the keypad ui panel is at fault but not 100% certain. Techline gave part for fascia but thats only the SS gram and needs glass panel instead, websites shows that part to be 00142859.
