Problem verified unit would no dispense soap from soap dispenser ran test cycle with soap out of dispenser and soap pod did not dissolve after further diagnostic notice no hot water was coming into unit verified unit was connected to hot water and hot water was coming out from sink both verified hot water supply in home was good and unit was installed properly to hot water valve in addition unit does not drain properly parts recommend to fix would be a motor for soap dispenser a new drain pump circulation pump and heating element spoke with Bosch triage support was advised that they are working on a return exchange for the customer and NOT TO ORDETparts at this time but to send are diagnostic notes via email to customer-support@bshg.com and subject line should be 4105267282

Checked the package good.Customer signed disclaimer.Removed top panel and removed the screws holding on the Control unit. Removed the wires to control and removed control.Installed the new control unit. Hooked up the wires and mounted it in place. Reassembled the unit.Tested. Unit heated up water good.
