Check unit. Unit not starting. Even with new power cord on l1 we have 140v and on l2 we had 80v. We have correct power at the wall. All connections are good. I disassembled unit checked components and wires. All checks ok. Reassembled unit test and check. Unit now has proper voltage at terminal and unit is working properly. Only thing I could determine is a connection was loose somewhere causing voltage to be lost. Cust will monitor and see if problem is still occurring.
