Called tech line he said he believes that the drain tube is clogged up with ice need to defrost all the ice to make sure the water flow threw the tube is good. No need to replace anything he said. Inspected unit and found it drains fine but there are several OOB errors logged - Ran diag cycle and found that when it is empty and spining it shakes a bit - Leveled unit - THe flor feels like there was a past leak that has made the floor soft which could exasberate and OOB scenario - Recomended that CX use a 3/4' piece of plywood under unit to try to reinforce its foundation - Collected $140.18-Auth-9FXXXC
