"Examined freezer temps and the few things in there are frozen, ice bin full of ice and temps are where they need to be. Checked pressures and they are where they need to be. Fridge wouldnt be making ice without going below at least 11 degrees and ice is not clumped up indicating melting. Recommend cx puts food in the freezer so it holds proper temps when in defrost cycle. Called assurant tech line and explained what is going on."
