"Customer just moved in and washer was in poor shape and dirty. While using washer they would get a long drain error code often. After dismantling and cleaning, the error code has not returned. During my tests, all functions test good in diagnostics mode and I found no faults. If machine was as dirty as described then it's possible that pump has layers of buildup that has since washed away. I recommend using a large quantity of vinegar to help break up any remaining residue. Customer informed. Was about to walk out and drain pump jammed up. Needs drain pump. Work declined for now"
