Cust said fridge is making noise. Based on cust video sounds like vibration coming from compressor compartment. Cust also said unit is freezing stuff in fridge in certain areas. Cust has adjusted temp and said they have not had problem. Let cust know not to stuff fridge in areas where it needs airflow as that can cause food to freeze. Cust will monitor with new set point and see if freezing still occurs. I was able to duplicate noise and cust did confirm. Noise was coming from drain pan vibrating on compressor compartment floor. Was able to dampen. Cust will see if noise returns.

"Cust said unit seems too hot when set to lower Temps like 325 or 350 but seems to work fine on 400. I monitored oven Temps to determine if temp was issue. Set to 300 unit heated to 350 on initial preheat. Dropped to low of 270. Then rose to 330. After watching unit found it would average about 10deg over set point. Calibrated oven -10 deg. Test and check. Oven is now holding average temp between cycles. Showed cust how to calibrate as well. Sensor, elements, seal and all else checks good with oven. Also showed cust how to calibrate."
