Checked unit MN/SN popTested unit found that the buttons for warm air fry and timer where non responsive. Put unit into diagnostics and checked errors no errors came up.Ran component tests and found no faults .Removed control panel and checked the touch screen board .Found the ribbon wires where not seated.Attached the wires and reassembled unit.Tested all buttons are working .Tested unit good.
