Checked unit MN SN POP Customer signed disclaimer.Disconnect the breaker .Pulled unit out onto the cart and removed top panel and control board cover. Unhooked wires and control board.Installed new board and hooked up wires. Removed back panel opened front door and unscrewed the temp probe unhooked the wires and removed Installed the new temp probe. Repeated for the bottom oven. Removed the Limit switch and thermal fuse and replaced with new limit and thermal. Reassembled the unit. Turned on the breaker. And tested the unit top and bottom heat up as designed. Customer says doesn't dispense and fill properly. Shavings from ice maker showing up in ice bucket when ice gets dumped out. Gears on freezer door jumps a few inches off in the rails when pulling on the side. Got it to line up for a little bit and then the gears jump again in the rails. Customer says he will see about getting a replacement

"Replaced drum, tested. It was better till unit warmed up then started rubbing again. Not as bad but still rubbing. Dismantled the dryer again, placed a spacer in between drum and side of cabinet, loosened all the screws then tightened all screws in hopes that this would shift the sheet metal to a point where it wouldn't rub. Still rubs when unit warms up but barely. Instructed customer to use machine and call if it gets worse"
