"Checked the ice maker and there is water inside the trays, noticed the upper right side of the gasket was not in place correctly. Called tech support and ran ice maker through diagnostics and ice maker worked. Fixed the gasket. Removed the filter and made sure it went in correctly. Lowered freezer temp to -2 told cx to keep an eye on it. Freezer door gasket #12131000A08392"
