"Not holding temp per customer. Checked bake, broil and temp sensor. All okay. Get 209-210 at terminal block. Get 120 at board. Spoke to Derrick with Whirlpool TS. Found out during troubleshooting that customer noticed temp on display dropping when she is cooking at 425. Drops to 350 and has to manually move it to 425 again. TS suggested getting temp ranges and see if issue can be duplicated. He also said that this is a residential oven and they should have a commercial one for their needs. He gave me file # 7741006245. Ran temps and got 420.5 degrees. Advised customer everything is running properly per Whirlpool standards and mentioned to them about the oven type."

"Checked unit, found the unit not heating properly. Another complaint was the grate and discoloration on the back frame is normal according to tech support. Discoloration is due to the wet clothes with dye drying inside. Overloading can be a big issue with discoloration. Went ahead and replaced coil kit, ignitor.
