When I arrived unit was in rinse and spin waited until finished. Replaced basket. Calibrated unit. Test run in spin operating as should. These units float so there is going to be some vibration no matter what. If gets badly out of balance will need to pause cycle and balance load. Then restart. When spin first starts to spin it is normal for basket to shift side to side then it will level out. Also performed auto test cycle no issues. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. "Had Office flip ticket to In Warranty. Customer indicates small puddle of water on floor in front of LS Frzr Door, about 4 times now. Slight frost at inner door and inner cabinet. Adjusted door gasket. Techline: SR#7739190914 > Diag = Hold RC + & On/Off 5 seconds.Press RC +, Set Rec Button to advance. Defrost Heater >OK, water leaking into floor from LS Corner during defrost. Set defrost the Regular 07 -01, Suggest customer have installers correct install as unit is bending upper trim panel, and LF Foot is unable to raise any higher. Needs to be adjusted 1/4' higher to allow water to drain towards back pan. If problem returns, order New Heater Pan Assy - W10890886"
