Techline: Suggest Suds causing the error, since it detects the moisture, but unable to drain suds. Also mentioned drain hose setup is custom, due to length to drain pipe. Ran the washer on drain and spin and washer is spinning and draining. Took the pump apart and checked the drain tube. Pump seems to be okay. Propeller had a strong spring back and isnt getting hot after running a tub half full. Washer working okay. Cx wants a quote incase we do need to replace the pump. Signed disclaimer. Ran thru diagnostics F9E1 error cleared code. No errors when done. Drain hose is plugged has a rubber hose which can kink and nipples were used to attach. hose which made the drain hose even smaller. Customer needs to install an extension of the original hose. Cleaned out drain hose as best as could. Unit is draining but is slow. Also drain out of garbage disposal needs to go uphill so there is no backup of the water into dishwasher.
