Found evaporator in refrigerator section was fully iced over. Found drain was clogged. Also found the temperature was set at 34? and that may have greatly contributed to this ice buildup. It did not allow it to defrost due to the compartment temperature was too low. Additional $249.95 for labor is due. Spoke to I think it was Lori about amount due and she mentioned we have the credit card on file. Also please send complete work order and possibly photos to her.

"Checked unit and saw the unit causing the lights to flicker and dim. Tested the voltage to the different outlets away from the washer and the ground wire to neutral has too much voltage, causing the amperage to go up for the washer which its a safety issue. The builder needs to look at."
