Signed disclaimer. Cleaned condenser was very dirty. Put thru a service diagnostics. Manual. All checks checked good no error codes. There is a solid frost pattern on cooling plate.Put unit then thru a normal cooling cycle watch function of unit. Holes in distribution tube plugged cleaned out water now goes across cooling plate evenly. Wiped out interior of unit. Unit made a tray of ice and it slid off plate. "brought unit to shop, cust states unit does not dispense coffee and that the descale wasnt working, oncd i got it in the shop, was able to get unit to make sevearl cups of coolfee so started working on the descale issue, everytime i ran the descale the unit performed correcctly, called cust to explain unit working correctly, she then siad the automatic scale cleaning was the issue, so for several days checked that issue, called tech support and we verified that the automatic scale cleaning was turned off, turned it on and it was working, cust is also using a flavored bean, previous tech had told her she shouldnt, talked with Miele and they also stated no matter hiow often she cleans it, using a flavored bean will cause blockages within the hose jets and other devices. autho no. x4p9u9"
