Ran diagnostic cycle and drain pumps getting cold but not pumping out water. Recommend taking the pump apart. Took the pump apart and found change inside it and some change in the drain pump. Recommend checking pockets before doing a wash. Put the pump back and ran it and drain pump is making a terrible noise. Recommend replacing the drain pump. Installed new pump and tested the washer. Washer is working great. Noticed the pipe that water drains into is back flowing. Recommend having a plumber check into it. Called tech support and they recommended flushing the washer out and using a little less detergent. They have a product they sell on theyre website to use when running a cleaning cycle.
