Unit has a couple of inches of water in it. Finally got unit out. Found drain line twisted and kinked. Took pic. Heated and straightened hose but still suggest customer have plumber come out and Install the proper line so it doesnt kink again. Put bak in place and checked unit for draining it is at this point. Started unit it is operating as should. Put a leak board under. Turned unit off. Did not want unit to be running with no one present.
