"Customer indicated no damages, and no one was injured, no did they have to evacuate the home. Gas Company came out and determined Gas Regulator was leaking gas, and turned gas supply to range off. Installed New Regulator Valve, Verified / Checked for Leaks. No Leaks found. Adjust Lower Bake Manifold. Pre-heated oven to 350F, Test all Cooktop burners. All OPS Test:OK at this time. waited on hold over 30 minutes to speak w/ Techline or anyone at Tradecare team, finally transferred to Safety.. waited another 15 minutes before giving up. had to move onto next job 30 minutes away."

Replaced passive vent assy. Then put unit thru a quick wash hot cycle to flush unit of any soap residue. Then ran a clean cycle with affresh was fine until unit goes into a consistent spin. Foam forms and goes out the tube. Took pics and sent to tech line. Tech indicated that it is a soap residue in the unit. Even though customer has from day one done a clean cycle when unit would say to clean. Told customer to call customer service with issue. Please fill ouit tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.
