Customer sign disclaimer. checked unit ran a diagnostic test came up with no erreors. opened unit and checked controls found no poroblems. checked heating ellement it is pulling 7.3 amps hi settels around 6.4 amps. reassembled unit checked found unit had no rinse aid in resevor. checked customer had rinse aid added yo unit advised customer about the inportance of rinse aid. Using hi temp and sanirinse are also important to get the water temp hot enough this will help with the combination of the rinse aid to help dry the dishes. "Install New Idler Pulley Assy, All OPS Test:OK, Unit was making a slight noise, took it apart again just to verify everything is in good order, Nothing appears to be out of place or rubbing. Possible Roller noise or barrell felt making the noise. Noise isnt loud, just wanted to verify it wasn't something that I diid in re-assembly.
