Checked freezer temps and it was getting a reading of about 1 to 12 degrees with doors being opened and closed. Checked the gasket and it is okay. Evaporator has good frost built up on it and fan is running. Called tech support and they had said that the fridge is not meant to be in 55 degree or colder place like the cx garage which is where it is. Freezer also has nothing in it and freezer is meant to have stuff in it to keep the temperatures from fluctuating a lot. Recommended to cx to fill ot with water jugs and and smaller waters in the door to see if things freeze and fridge stays at temps. Also recommend getting a temp gage. If cx calls back recommend coming back with a temperature thermostatTemp thermostat #WPW10384183 File #7738001432
