Put into service diagnostics. Defrost is working.Called tech line. Also checked evap thermistor do have a reading 11.5 k at thermistor checked at control had dropped some 10.8k so is working. checked F.F. thermistor and Frz thermistor checked good. Whirlpool Tech has submitted to review. No further suggestions. SR# 7739484517Removed all ice from evaporator and assembled unit. Please fill out tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

CX complaint - DW not washing - Inspected unit and found the wash motor windings open and not getting power from the control - Unit needs new control and sump - CX doesn't want to bear the cost of repair and will replace.
