Put into diagnostics no error codes. Found some coins between agitator and basket removed. Did a service test. In spin empty there is very little vibration. Is fine. Put a load of towels in unit and adjust water level fill. Showed customer. Believe issue is that not enough water on loads causing out of balance so loads cant circulate. It is normal for unit to move side to side and shake some until picks up speed to spin. If gets out of balance need to balance load. Large items are more likely to create out of balanced loads. Drain tube will also sake due to the basket movement. Put foam around tubing and Adjusted rear pane per TSP W11695259Can cause a thumping noise. Unit is operating as should. Signed waivers. Customer indicates that oven will start but then doesnt heat up properly. Also hears it spark several times and not light then smells gas. Gas shuts off. Set oven to 400 degrees put digital thermometer in center of oven and let cycle several times To see if it lights good and maintains temperature. At times can hear it spark several times before it lights. Then it tried to light again sparked several times but did not light tried again and lit. Oven temp did drop some but did go back up to temp. Gave estimate to customer to repair. $538.21 plus labor $149.95 total $688.16 He will not repair at this tome.
