Checked exaust temp. Cycling too fast. Replaced cutoff. Checked temp lo 132 hi 155 good. Put in a load of sheets and run on auto delicates cycle. Sensing light has come on and now wet. Temp is coming up as should as cloths dry. Need to be sure to dry like cloths. Sheets are thin and will dry quicker than thicker cottons. On auto cycle if the thicker items dont touch the sensing bar the unit will shut off before cloths are dry. Checked the vent restriction it is borderline high .60 which will affect the drying. .58 is max. Also too large of loads if they touch the front vent for too long will affect drying as well. Need to be able to tumble and have a clear screen at times. customer signed waiver. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Is in building 900 unit 316 Checked temp is cycling to quickly. Replaced cutoff. 280148 Checked temp timed dry lo 130 hi 156 good. Vent removed. Checked operation of unit in auto cycle with towels in it. Sensing light came on and then wet. So unit is sensing the dampness of the items. Make sure Eco boost is off. Items must touch sensing bars in order to dry properly. Also dry like cloths. A mixed load of thinner and heaver items will not dry the same. If heavier items dont touch the bar it will shut down before items are dry. Checked vent restriction it is hi .60 max should be .58 Will affect the drying. Customer dsigned waiver. Ran the washer in diagnostic mode and it did not show error codes. Ran it through all the cycles and it worked fine. Washer does shake when in spin mode. Noticed the feet in the front were raised more the the feet in the back. Leveled the washer and tested it.Threw in some towels and ran a rinse and spin mode on them washer seems fine. Recommend to cx trying different cycles with the amount of clothes and towels that are in it.
