Cycle Test > Pass, Fill Test > Pass, Possible issue was due to frost buildup from door not sealing properly? Frzr door not closing smoothly and keeping it from closing 100%, causing frost buildiup on rails. No Frost / Ice buildup on Evap cover, Defrost rails to allow door to close smoothly. Adjusted front legs to allow better pitch for doors to stay closed. Slight vibration noise from Evap Fan, But not abnormal. If problem returns or gets worse, suggest replace Evap Motor - W11024089 & Fan Blade - WP2169142 , All OPS Test:OK at this time."

Checked evap thermistor two pink wire at sontrol 19.9 k ohm. Iced completely over. Thawed out evap and replaced thermistor. Put zip ties and silver tape around thermistor. Took pics. Ran the dw and there is suds after not running it not very long. Checked the pump and the heater inside is bad. Inlet valve making a loud vibration noise. Sounds like the solenoid is getting stuck closed and not letting enough water in. Something red is in the water that is causing things to break. Recommend calling a plumber to take a look at the water. Recommend replacing parts below. Heat pump #12008381Inlet valve #00628334Installed valve and Circulation pump. Checked for leaks and made sure the h it is working properly.

Signed disclaimer.Took pic of closing date. Unit uneven put a shim at R.R. corner raised it up. 4387828A Now doesnt shift. Adjusted leveling screw on F.F. door to lower it down so even. Also put wood shims in front of the front rollers so it doesnt roll out each time the doors are opened. Checked door seals Frz and F.F. they are sealing good. Even though btm of F.F. door is out abit. Does not affect the operation of the unit. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.; used 1 4387828A (Shim) from stock
