Checked the drain pump and its okay. Looked over the unit and noticed the drain hose was very far down the drain. Pulled it out and zip tied it 6 inches down. Ran a rinse cycle and washer ran through okay. Drain hose being to far down can take the washer a lot longer to drain and have an error code. Also recommended to cx to use the proper cycles with the amount of clothes they have inside.
