"Freezer set to 0. Coupler reads -1.5. Fridge set to 33. Coupler reads 38. Unit has had compressor replacement already. Low -8 high 40 pressures. Call techline to troubleshoot. Agent recommends dumping charge, pressure test, vacuum and re charge. If issues persist, agent recommends sending an RA to operations to try and get swapped out. Recommend charging with 63g. Pressure tested all okay, vacuum and charge to spec. Cx to monitor."
