"Ran test, ran hard reset unit runs ok, cx had recently experience a surge with last storm, advised cx to get a surge protector. Cx asked if using heavy duty with small loads is advisable, said no, to use normal cycle or quick wash for small loads. Recommend cx use affresh tablet for cleaning washer of excess suds. As well as leaving the door open after washes to avoid any possible mold build up that might occur."
