He called to get us back out here, however, Whirlpool decided to send a different company out, and they did not find any water leaks. F9E2 Drain motor elec problem. Drain pump worked consistently during cycles. Operation is normal. F8E4 overfill switch open. Cleaned out water. No water in overflow during running test. Cleared codes. Finished running thru diagnostics. No error codes returned. Unit is heating. 7.7 amps. Customer needs to be aware that hi temp heated dry need to be used during cycles to get water up to very hot temperatures. Along with rinse agent this helps the dishes dry. Different types of dishes dry differently. Anything plastic does not hold heat as well will not dry on the same level as glass or ceramic. These dry better because they hold the heat better and longer. Also the divit that is in a cup or bowl will not dry completely out. It is advised to open door of unit 1/2 to 1 hour after cycle
