"Replaced Sensor started unit in diagnostics cleared code. Let run thru cycle. No codes at end of test. Heating and drying cycles are working heater is getting hot. Important for customer to use rinse agent helps with drying also use hi temp heat dry during cycles. To get dishes very hot. This will help in the drying. Need to know that glass, ceramic etc. will dry better hold heat longer. Plastic doesnt dry as well. Also any divit that is in a bowl or cup that faces up will hold water and not dry completely out. To help with hard water spots can use Lemishine. Every load. Customer signed waivers. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You"

Turned the washer on and the drain pump kicked on but was not pumping out water. Pulled the pump out and checked the prop resistance. Didnt find anything in the pump. Ran it after checking hoses etc. pump sounds great. Washer drained out and working great. If issue persist recommend having drain pump replaced.
