Fist thing I noticed before running the unit is a lose orange wire coming from the door latch. Drain hose was far down in the drain pipe and there is sitting water in the tub. Drained the water out and adjusted the drain line because thats why water is in the tub. Reconnected the wire to the plug on the main board and tested the unit. Dw ran for about 15 minutes and soap dispenser also opened. Dw is working properly. Recommended to cx to check the filter and clean it periodically.
