Stopped unit and balanced load. Spinning normal. Back wall will always shake to some extent depending on the load. Customer will need to balance the load if starts banging alot. Put a foam pad around drain hose to help. Explained to customer the shaking of the hose is normal. Is attached to the basket so it will shake. Customer does not want drain hose attached to the water hoses. Removed from water hoses. CX complaint that unit pops breakers intermittently. I checked voltage at outlet and its good. Checked wire connections on back of dryer at cord connection and its wired correctly. CX had electrician come out and check circuit. I replaced pcb and heating element. Dryer is working to the best of my knowledge.
