F0E5 only code off balanced load detected. The only code. Cleared code and Put thru a calibration ok. Automatic test checked just fine no codes when done. Inspected under unit everything looks good. Unit is sitting on a rug and so its feet have collapsed the rug. Unit will not be very stable on the rug. Should be placed on a solid floor. Raised unit up at least an inch to make sure basket is not touching the floor when loaded with cloths. In drain and spin no load unit is operating as should. Customer needs to be aware of making sure the load is balanced. Put a leak board under unit. Had customer sign waivers.

Rinse aid is bone dry. Verified heat pump is working properly. Starting water temp is 74. Waited for heat pump to pull 6.3 amps. Reseated connections at pump. Gave lots of customer instruction on rinse aid and finish soap. All operations are correct. Ending water temp is 100 degrees before I left
