Customer signed disclaimer. Found coins between agitator and basket all were together and wedged. Removed. Can cause out of balance and noise. Customer needs to be aware to make sure nothing is in pockets of clothing. Put into service diagnostics has a F0E5 cleared code. Run thru diagnostics test cycle did fine code did not return. Did a unbalanced load detection no issues. Also did a DLMS calibration cycle. No issues as well. Customer need to use deep water fill for larger loads adjust accordingly. But nothing over 2/3 size load cloths need to be able to circulate. If they do get out of balance will need to stop unit and balance the load. Checked rotor bolt it is tight. Put in a load. Unit is operating as should. Customer paid service call. $149.95 auth code. 99LKAW

Customer signed disclaimer. Removed cover over terminal block. Checked wiring found black wire loose tightened properly. Performed TSP W11490386 Removed grd wire at terminal block from frame of unit. Got unit up to operating temperature. Shut down. Cut pwr and reinstalled grd wire. Let unit cool down for a bit and tested operation again. Checked amp draw of bake element. 11.0 good.Heated oven up tp 400 degrees Is working as should staying working. Please fill out whirlpool tech satisfaction survey. Thank You.
