"Cx states oven smoked excessively on initial two preheat cycles. Cycled oven to 325, brought temp up to 375, 450. Called techline high risk to document. No smoke found. Unit was grounded wrong, tech support recommended fixing grounding. Re test unit to 450. All good no smoke. Tech support agent decided smoke was from initial burn off of elements."
