Sounds like vibration in the compressor and condenser area. Pulled unit out found water supply line leaking. Tighted connector. ok.Put in padding between condenser bracket and cardboad. As well as the compressor mounting bracket and cardboard to prevent rubbing and contact. Checked all tubing in compressor area to make sure there not touching each other or anything else. Padding that is already there is in place and good condition. Put unit back in place. Sounds normal. Customer signed waivers. Installed a water board. The vent at the condenser was blocked by debris and so was the condenser. Cleaned condenser and the back panel. Let customer know it will take 24 hours for cooling. No further issues.
