Tested drain pump hums replaced ok.But customer needs drain redone it is a ruibber hose that can kink or collapse and when it was installed the end that goes into the garbage disposal is too small and an elbow causes a restriction. Food particles at some point will plug it here. May not drain properly. Takes too long to drain. Put into diagnostics F7E1 error code. cleared code. Let go thru service test heater is working 7.5 amps and is on during the dry cycle. Operation is normal no error codes. Unit is operating as should. customer sined waivers. Check the agitator screw and the motor screw both are tight. Ran a spin cycle and the washer shakes but not too bad without clothes. Noticed the drain line was down very far down the drain tube. Frz and F.F. areas icing up due to the doors not sealing properly. Heated seals to reform them. Also cover over evaporator frosted over. Removed and found evaporator drain frozen over. This would have caused the frost in freezer as well. Removed all ice and thawed out drain water drained out good. Heater on drain pan was not in the slots that hold it in the right place. Customer needs to be sure to push on door good because door light wants to push back on it to try to keep it open. Installed. customer signed waivers.
