Put into diagnostics there are no error codes. Went thru cycle no error codes. Unit is agitating and spinning. But when it does can here a bit of a noise. Tilted back and found pulley nut loose put on blue loctite and retightened. Noise went away. Put into normal wash deep water cycle. Filled up to agitator 8 inch depth. Agitator is attached properly. Canceled cycle and did a bulky items cycle. deep water wash. Filled up to top of agitator 13 inches. Normal level. Unit is operating as designed. Customer needs to not overload 1/2 - 3/4 full no more. SR# 7736307804

put unit into diagnostics test 12 ok. No error codes. removed rear panel. checked motor windings all 15.1-15.3 ok. called tech line. unable to determine anything again. Each time there are no error codes. Want customer to wait and let cycle complete. Dont cancel cycle and put into drain and spin. Unit will try to balance the load a number of times. Once it does it will spin. Load can create a issue that if it is out of balance enough it wont spin properly. Put into quick wash unit went thru just fine. No load. Sounds fine. bearings of basket are good. Drains good. Tech line wants for a error code to come up to indicate a issue. Put a water board under unit. Also had waiver signed. SR# 7735782949
