Removed evap cover found drain completely frozen over. 2 inches of ice. Thawed out. Drain was plugged. Flushed out. Also drain pan heater positioned in the correct position. Checked heat element and thermal ok. Also had to reform F.F. door seal. didnt appear to be sealing at all. Operation is normal. Please fill out whirlpool satisfaction survey. Thank You.
