found unit with shims in rear of unit installed by builder to level doors but when they did it tweaked chassis causing mullion to be raised higher than designed which snapped off the peg piece at the top. also found dents in top of door presumably from pushing unit in. unit will need both fridge doors and mullion. cannot replace mullion without addressing door and shim issue because it will just break again. cust stated that per builder they are trying to replace unit. advised cust that if that doesn't happen to call back. so we can get parts on order to address concerns. do not want to order parts if unit is getting replaced.
