"3 parts that were ordered were not for MW?support hanger missing on the upper heating element inside the microwave. element is hanging down inside MW. and toe kick bent up. Possible Installation issues, looking at the current wall oven it appears to be a very tight fit, and slight gap at RS face. (Left side appears more flush.) No Info or instructions provided. Called Techline. Suggested One of the ceramic hangers is the original design, which simply slides up into upper cabinet hole sideways, then spins into place. I was able to use the slide in style support to complete the job. SR#7736130343 , Cust will contact installer to correct install issues. Lower LS Bracket & RS Gap suggest improper install, Not squared."

Tenant has ice cubes in frz they are frozen. check temperature. 4 degrees okchecked low side -5 compressor amperage is .80 reading are where they need to be. hi pressure line is very hot. called tech line again. not any real suggestions on what to do next. Issue is intermittent unit is working good at this time. customer needs to monitor unit. and make sure fans are running compressor is running and if hears a clicking and loud hum. checked compressor area for leaks with sniffer could fine none. Ice maker was off turned on cycled and refilled. Appears to working fine.
