"No heat element open replaced it and cutoff. Test run vent off it is heating. With a load of wet towels checked in normal and towels. Auto sensing but never did go to wet or damp. Exhaust temp is climbing as cloths dry. Towels are hitting the sensing bars. Let unit run thru to see if shuts down. Unit sensing incorrectly. Advanced thru cycle and shut down. Removed front panel checked that sensing bars are connected and that wire harness is good all the way to control checks good. Reconnected wire harness to control and sensor. Assembled unit and tried again, It is now sensing the towels. Shows wet. It appears it was a faulty connection. let run to see if shuts off prematurely. Ran just fine. Checked vent back pressure it is at .95 way too high this issue needs to be fixed. signed waivers"

No heat. Removed top checked control found a connector not plugged in properly. Connected right.Checked heat cycle vent off Lo 131 High 154 good. Put in wet clothes and check sensing part of dry cycle. It is working now shows wet. Exhaust temp is steadily climbing as clothes dry. Clothes are hitting the sensor bars. In sensor dry customer must dry like clothes for them to dry evenly. lighter ones will dry quicker while heavier will take longer. If the lighter hit the sensing bar more it will shut off before the thicker items are dry. Checked vent restriction it is .75 too high should only be no higher than .58 This will affect the dry cycle. Will take longer to dry. This issue needs to be remedied. Signed waiver.
