"Griddle cover is starting to chip, called techline to verify, this is considered cosmetic and will it be covered. Took pics. Apparently Cust had Cust service authorize griddle top replacement, techline says no. Small oven is -25? off, large oven having ignition issues. Techline tried to step thru to diagnostic mode, could not locate which breaker unit is on, but is on shared gfci breaker. Unable to get into diag to check unit further. Cust will have to contact builder for assistance. Unit needs further help."
