Put gauge on low side. Reset unit.Does have a charge. Control panel flashes and can here a relay go on and off. Control faulty need to install kit W10219463 checked with parts dist. part is no longer available. Also evaporator fan goes on and off need to replace it as well. Removed evap. cover checked with blue light could see no leaks. checked in compressor area no leaks as well. Customer to replace unit. Called tech line.
