Ran the washer through diagnostic mode and could not get the washer to leak. Ran a tub clean cycle so the tub would fill all the way up and it did. Still could not get it to leak. Cut the long drain line down and zip tied it.

Ran washer in diagnostics and multiple error codes came up. Ran tests and when the washer is in agitation mode its making a ticking/ grind noise. Belt is okay and motor is fine. "Found existing orifice stamped 36. Called techline to verify if this was correct. Also replacement bake pipe has a lot of carbon buildup. Adjusted shutter to more open. Cust had utilities come out and verify gas pressure is at 7.5, Techline says thats minimum but no way to increase it. Per techline was instructed to just open shutter more to allow more air, Cust will keep track of unit functionality. Closing call"

pulled door boot check struts and weights all good at this time. ran test op unit has slight vibration. would recomend cleaning unit as cx uses fabric softner and will build up in unit causing off balance.
