"She says will intermittantly not fill up properly on deep water setting. Mixed, Delicates, Power Wash and Bulky Towels cycles. CX explained...AFAO called in sevice.Unit has since corrected the issue with multple defrost cycles. Noise was likely from frost built-up in the fan asm. NO NOISE/ NO FROSTunit is GOOD!JOB COMPLETE

"Water is backing into FF Cabinet under drawers.Visual Inspection of FF Evap, No Frost / Ice buildup on cover. Tray under evap looks straight and not bowed.Checked drain hoses at back of unit. Cleared debris, not much water in hoses. Did see evidence of mice droppings and chewed up foam. Suggest customer do manual defrost over-night, unplugging unit and leaving all doors open. Techline: All Doors, Drawers, Shelves & Center Braces need to be removed before being able to access the evap!!!
