"upon arrival and after removing the water tank, found iot not to be frozen, added more insulation to the tower where the styrofoam meets to prevent air from escaping, turned water on and aalso made sure unuit was not leaking fom the tank and from the back of the unit, saw no signs of water leaks, after repair put a large litmus strip under the unit for any signs aand also cut one to fit under the veggie tray so cust coud check that area as well, cust to monitor u kit."
