Cust said unit wouldn't stay balanced and would keep filling with water. Checked unit for possible causes of off balance. Unit is running smooth. Went over proper loading with cust and cycle selection. Also calibrated unit. Only errors in system were F0e5 for over loading and F0e3 for off balance. Cust will try recommendations and call back if off balance issues are still there
