When I arrived unit is running sounds really quiet. Looked at evaporators in Frz and F.F. areas. no frost build up. F.F. evaporator fan running sounds normal. Frz fan running sounds normal. Called tech line did a series of tests. icemaker had no error codes. cycled icemaker. did not kick out any ice. very little in tray. did a fill test filled ok. Tech line recommends sealing cover over icemaker and area where heater and wiring come thru as well. Also the cover with heater sealed. test cycled test for icemaker and fan checked ok. test 56 no error codes. test 45 icemaker fill checked ok. Also did test 4 let go thru all checked ok. please do a satisfaction survey. Thank You.

Told Customer to videotape all evidence, unit does not have error code in place for flashing cavity lights. Could be control boards getting too overheated.
