"Installed replacement door lever parts, but unit is unable to be uninstalled to be worked on further. Techline tried to help but was still unable to get and give enough information to remove unit for future needs. Techline requested photos and video of full installation and will send this to their engineers for further analysis. Door still operates about the same as far as open/close functions. Parts replaced did not seem to make much of a difference."
