Customer mentioned that the installers told the customer that the lower black metal trim piece would not go back into place, so they left is off and took it with them. Pulled unit slightly out from wall, removed UI Control, checked connections, ended up finding a loose power connection at left side. This appears to have caused the issue. F5E1 lid switch fault seems to work but lid lock light doesnt come its possible that control doesnt sense door lock state. Probable bad lid lock.F2E1 UI stuck button did a encoder test of UI all seem to work. Test in test 51 service diagnostics. When agitates is really noisy. Did find some coins between agitator and basket removed and test again. Still noisy. Tilted unit back found that there is a oil leak from gearcase this is the reason for the noise. Would need replaced. Customer paid service call $149.95 auth code RRY39V Customer signed waiver.Will decide what to do at some point.

"Temperatures at time of inspection 39.6f and 14.3f, ran unit tests through diagnostics, thermistors check out, ice maker fan has good push, no error codes on ice maker, ran unit through harvest cycle and fill tests, both passed. Ice has clumped around FC evaporator fan motor causing noise when ice hits fan blades, cleared ice, fan still has push, if problem persists would need new fan motor. Fc evaporator has good frost pattern. Attached photo of frost pattern. "Timer on new replacement unit is still not working, this was a replacement model that Bosch authorized to help Cust with sw issue that they did not have a fix for, but new unit has exact same issue, mountain high appliance replaced whole unit, cmr installed unit but new unit still has same problem as old. Called techline, they said I need to call back to see if problem is resolved every couple weeks. Cust will contact mountain high as well. Please reschedule in two weeks to call them."
