Customer indicated that freezer started to warm up again. She noticed at the time that the walls on the freezer were very hot. But after awhile started working again. Removed cover over compressor area and checked compressor amp draw. 1.3 good is 80 degrees in garage. Called tech line. Too hot of an environment can affect cooling of the unit. Back left leg was not adjusted right so when unit was in spin mode we got a lot of banging back qnd forth due to leg . I believe water was coming out only on big load because of leg was not adjusted as it should, so on big load with that leg being off when unit gets to spinning or agitating then when we get water on the floor.
